Holiday Blessing Bags for the Homeless

Eaton Canyon Foundation remembers those often forgotten during the holidays. This holiday season, we are collecting funds to purchase backpacks and supplies to distribute “Blessing Bags” to the homeless. Blessing Bags are backpacks filled with essential supplies we take for granted such as food, water, toiletries, and clothing to meet the immediate needs of individuals and families experiencing homelessness. In addition to basic supplies, each backpack will have a handwritten card, a box of chocolates, and candy canes to show kindness and spread joy!

 

Blessing Bags will include:

• Water

• Non-perishable Food/Snacks

• Hygiene Kits containing: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, lotion, deodorant, lip balm, band-aids and hand sanitizer)

• Feminine Products

• Fleece Blanket

• Socks

• Wash Cloth

• Wet Wipes

• Face Masks

• Handwritten Cards

• Box of Chocolates & Candy Canes

 

Your donation will help make this holiday season special for those who need it most. Every dollar counts, any amount you can contribute is greatly appreciated. Time is of the essence, we will begin distributing Blessing Bags on December 22nd at various homeless encampments, parks, parking lots, etc. throughout Pasadena and the Greater San Gabriel Valley.
