Support for the Thomas Family

I’m here to ask your help for my best friend, Marin Thomas, and her amazing family. Marin’s mom, Cindy Thomas, is a therapist and social worker here in Noblesville, IN., who has been unable to work for the past month due to illness. She is an incredibly loving, single mother of three, Marin (20), Gab (17), and Jillian (14), and has welcomed many more into her home over the years.


Cindy is currently hospitalized with kidney failure and liver failure. She is in the ICU and is not eligible for an organ transplant. On top of that, Cindy was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and has been going through treatment over the past few months. In addition to these recent medical emergencies, Cindy has struggled greatly with her mental health for the past couple of years. 


I would like to ask your help in contributing to Cindy’s medical needs, which include past rehabilitation facility stays, cancer treatments, an emergency stay in the ICU, and assistance for future needs. My hope is that we can also use some of your donations to be able to provide some relief to her three daughters. This would include daily expenses, help with college expenses, and hopefully a little fun to ease their minds every now and then. Marin is currently a student at Indiana University, and spends many of her days commuting between Bloomington and Noblesville to help care for her sisters during this very difficult time. This has been a long, tragic season for these three sweet, resilient, sisters and their mom. The girls admire Cindy for her strength, humor, and endless care for others, and they are completely heartbroken and helpless while she is in the hospital. The girls would be so touched by an outpouring of love and support from those who are affected by their story, and Cindy would be so grateful for any help you can provide her family.
