Fran Myers' Cancer Fund

Our family friend, Mrs. Fran Hall Myers, has battled Ovarian cancer for five years. She is one of the sweetest, most faithful, selfless people that I have had the pleasure of having in my family's life for so many years. Fran is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and neighbor to so many that love her.

She drove the school bus for special needs kids for 12 years, and worked as a paraprofessional (with special needs kids), for 15 years. She was trying to work this school year, but had a major setback with the cancer and grew too sick. She was fired after 27 years and left without any compensation or health insurance.

I'm asking for money because it would help this family tremendously. Mrs. Fran is in hospice care now. Any amount would mean the absolute world to this sweet family and our angel on earth, Fran! Expenses will help with medical bills, as well as living expenses for her husband that has been disabled for 17 years after a work accident, and still makes time to help out at a local housing community for young adults with special needs, and their son who plays drums for the local church.
