Polk PTA Walkathon 2014

The Polk Elementary School PTA is having a walkathon on September 15 to raise money for a variety of educational expenses. Please contribute to our cause. If you want to sponsor a particular child, please name him or her (along with any other information you might have such as grade, teacher, etc.) in the comments section. Students will be given modest prizes on the basis of how much they raise, so it is in your loved one's interest for you to name them rather than to make a general donation. We greatly appreciate your support.
