Hi, my name is Samantha. I’m a full-time college student, and I work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician. Recently, I noticed some lumps on my cat Blue’s right arm. Blue means everything to me; he’s my emotional support animal, and he’s been there for me through some of my hardest moments and longest nights. He’s truly my best friend.

Blue is only one year old, and I’ve always tried my best to keep him healthy and stay on top of his vet appointments. I took him to the vet because I found lumps on him, and they sent him for a cytology test, but the results came back inconclusive. Because of that, the next step is to have the lumps surgically removed so we can figure out what’s going on. The cost for the procedure starts at $800.

I’m not the type of person who likes to ask for help, and writing this is really hard for me. But I’m doing everything I can for Blue, and right now I’m reaching out—whether it’s for support, recommendations, donations, or even just sharing this to get the word out.
