Hello Friends, Firefighter Brother & Sister's and Family
Please join me and my family in raising Dollars to fund my "Freedom of the Outdoors" campaign.
I was recently diagnosed (January 2014) with cancer of my left hip/leg area know as Chondrosarcoma. The only option that would give me and my family the highest percentage of survival was to eliminate my cancer by cutting it away. This meant amputation from my left hip down. Being an active Dad and Firefighter this felt like a bombshell had just exploded. So with many prayers and the Grace of God on February 14, 2014. I went through a very long surgery. My surgery went very well according to the Doc's. My wife Tina now calls this day a "Celebration of Life" instead of Valentine's Day.
