Lindsay Kovacevich

As most of you know, Lindsay was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. She has started a very intense chemo regimen to extend her remaining time. She is doing 52 hours of chemo every other week (a six-hour infusion at the doctor's office and goes home with a pump that continues the chemo for another 46 hours) and, as you can imagine, needs round-the-clock support while going through this. Her insurance does not cover any in-home health care. Katy wants to be able to stay with her mom and provide this care until the end. While FMLA will guarantee she has a job to return to, it does not offer any financial support. This is where we all can help. Katy needs to be able to continue to pay her rent, car payment, and other monthly expenses while taking care of Lindsay.
