Nathan's fight back to good health

Hi there,
My name is Mel and I am in need of your help for some very special friends of mine. Nathan has been like a little brother to me for the last 16 years and has very unfortunately been diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer called secondry embryonal carcinoma. Only 3 months ago he was diagnosed with testicular cancer and virtually over night, was operated on and removed the testicle completely, but within this short time it has become very aggressive and attached itself to two of his abdominal lymph nodes. He has just undergone a radical dose of chemo to stop it in its tracks and will be under going three more week long chemo treatments overthe next 10 - 12 weeks.
Now I know so many of us are confronted by cancer in one way or another but this guys case is unique! His beautiful wife Eli is due to give birth to their second child in just 3 weeks. Whilst they have good health cover to assist them medically it is the innability to work whilst he recovers that is the stressful part. They have a son, a mortgage and the everyday expenses we all have AND a new baby coming very very soon.
My goal is to get them enough money to buy groceries, add fuel to their car and pay the general bills of a home for the next 4 months. Nathan needs to recover from this intense treatment without the worry of loosing his house, not being able to feed his family or buy the necessities for his little family.
This young couple are absolutely beautiful people who dont deserve this trump card being thrown at them, especially at this time of joy, with a new baby arriving. Please if you can, assist me to reach this goal of helping them financially until Nathan gets back on his feet and can eventually get back to work. Any amount will be the most rewarding gift you could give to a person this year. They are a truly dynamic couple who will be forever greatful for your generosity.
