Sponsored Head Shave

Donation protected
On October 2nd “Wear it Pink Day” and during Breast Cancer Awareness month, Wendy and Ayesha will be shaving their heads to raise money for three great charities which support people affected by cancer:

·        Local MacMillan Nurses who support patients and families with practical, medical and emotional support.
·        Clan House in Aberdeen which provides calm, relaxed and supportive accommodation for patients from Shetland having cancer treatment in Aberdeen.
·        The Little Princess Trust which provides real hair wigs to help children and young people affected by hair loss.

Ayesha will be having chemo shortly and thought shaving her head and donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust before it falls out would be a great way to turn something negative into something positive.

Wendy – as you know loves to change her hair and is always up for a challenge, especially when she can support a friend at the same time.

Please donate what you can!  We can’t control who cancer affects but we can make a huge difference to the support and care that cancer patients and their families receive. THANK YOU!
