It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic loss of Jacks Eldest son, Michaels Brother and my Brother-in-law, Dwayne Patrick Tuohey, who was sadly taken from us on New Year’s Day. Dwayne was deeply loved, and his loss has left our family and friends devastated. We want to give him the dignified and loving farewell he deserves, so his family and friends can come together to say goodbye. We never imagined having to ask for help during such a painful time, but any donation—no matter how small—would mean the world to us and will go directly toward funeral and memorial expenses.
