As many of you know, one of my top agents, Dwayne Carr, was diagnosed with an aggressive colon cancer back in 2023. He's been fighting the good fight and taking chemotherapy for over 2 years. His courage and determination have been inspirational to everyone who knows him, and he is a true warrior.
