Dwayne and his family with medical expenses

Hello, my name is Evan. I have made this fundraiser as my dad had a kidney/pancreas transplant.

The costs are quite high for our mom to travel back and forth to the transplant hospital as it is in a different city. He will only receive a portion of his wages as he will be on disability for a minimum of 3 months.

After being a diabetic since a child, his kidneys had given up. Dwayne has had over 10 surgery's due to the damage done to his body over time and has been on daily dialysis while waiting for his transplant; a kidney and pancreas. It has been a draining disability on him and our family. We need our dad as healthy as possible and we are all optimistic that his transplant will give him many more years with us.

Dwayne is a loving Father, Friend, and supporter of animal rights. He has devoted many years helping animals and volunteering his time in his past years.

Please help Dwayne and his family with the financial strain and ability to move ahead.
