Shannon Coleman

We are R & T of West Michgan and we have a long time employee who is going through a very difficult hardship. Shannon has worked for R & T for 15 years. He is a loving father of three and devoted husband. He has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Disease. The sudden onset and rapidly declining situation has left Shannon unable to work or drive since March of this year. His loving wife of 20 years, Amber, also needs time away from her job to drive Shannon to all needed appointments. He has started undergoing dialysis daily until he is able to have a kidney transplant. Unfortunately, none of this is covered by disability insurance. The family has started the paperwork for SSA disability, but, if you have ever dealt with that, you know it could be years before they get approved. As you can imagine this is taking a large toll on the families finances and metal health. On behalf of the family, we have put this fundraiser in place.

Funds raised will help the family pay for medical expenses, groceries and household bills.
