Hey, my name is Matt Rynehart and I’ll be running/walking 100km in the month of April to raise money for a nonprofit organisation- GOODTALK. Goodtalk is an organisation that raises awareness and provides funds for Bipolar research.

GOODTALK was named in memory of a much loved son, brother, colleague and mate Graeme "Reidy" Reid who lost his life to Suicide after years of struggling with Bipolar Disorder.

Bipolar Disorder causes extreme mood swings varying from chaotic exuberance of mania to severe depression and affects one in seventy Australians.
