Help purchase mobile bleachers for AHS

DONATION UPDATE!

Thank you to all of our Donors, our community, our volunteers, booster club and more..... WE MADE IT!!

We are excited to announce that through the community donations in GoFundMe, generous outside donors, the rollover from last year's fundraiser and a concession from the Conference to allow us to use some of our existing stands (lowering our needs from 14 to 8 mobile bleachers), we have met our goal and will be purchasing the mobile bleachers for Rice Field.

AHS needs your help!

We plan to purchase Tip-N-Roll Bleachers to be used for guest seating at Rice Field and throughout all athletic & co-curricular programs at the high school. This will ensure we do not have to rent bleachers and will allow all AHS students and programs to use the bleachers as needed. It is a WIAA policy for the host school to have a turf field, as well as away bleachers, to host any playoff games.

We need to fundraise 30K to purchase 14, 3-row bleachers (image at the end).

• This purchase will be made using the OMNIA Region 4 contract. OMNIA Partners leverages competitively solicited and publicly awarded contracts to provide exceptional savings to public sector agencies across the country.

• Any extra funds left over from last year's fundraiser to rent bleachers will be used toward this purchase and we will shut down the fundraiser once our 30K goal is reached.

This is an urgent request as we would like to use these to host a postseason football game on November 10th. Our athletes have worked extremely hard and earned the right to have home field advantage.

Let’s come together as a community to reach our fundraising goal to support AHS students by purchasing away bleacher and not have to rent again in the future. This purchase puts us in a position to host many events and postseason games in the future!
