Need to save my home

I have fallen on some very hard times in the past year and a half, due to a lot of variables. So, I will start at the beginning. On January 16, 2000, I woke up and was legally blind, due to a virus in my system. I was married at the time, so the loss of income was not catastrophic as he had a good job. But I did start breeding dogs at that time and built a very good second income.

In 2008, my husband decided he wanted to be with someone else, so we divorced. I receive nothing in alimony or support from him, in exchange for me keeping the home (I make the payments on the mortgage). My dog business expanded because I needed it to in order to pay the bills.

Everything was great until about a year or so ago, when someone brought a dog to my house that had Parvo. To make a long sad story short, I have lost 18 puppies in just this past year, in addition to massive vet bills trying to save a few. Also, my girls quit coming into heat, and did not breed (I think they sensed the disease and that affected their heat cycles). I am down to only $300 total in all four of my accounts, and all the credit cards are maxed out. I know I have no option but to sell my dogs, and my home, but I don't have enough money to keep the bills up long enough to do that. My $1300 mortgage payment will be due on the 29th of December, 2015. When you combine that with all the other bills, utilities etc.. My total outlay per month including food for me and the dogs is $3600. Which is why I am asking for $10,000, as I think it will take 2-3 months to get everything taken care of to sell the house.

The sale of the house SHOULD bring in enough for me to pay off the mortgage and allow me to buy another, more modest home which I will share with a friend of mine who is retiring soon. We will grow old together. I am 60 years old and she is a few years older than me. Between my $1081 monthly social security disability and her retirement we will be able to pay the remainder of the living expenses. I just need enough to get everything pulled together. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

I could not afford to rent anything with my small Social Security Disability income. I have already checked out Assisted Living situations and they are even more expensive! Please help me move on to the next phase of my life.

When I sell the house, I will take some of the money from the house sale and after buying another house I will help someone here that needs help, like I did. Paying it forward will continue this wonderful process. I can't tell you how much this means to me! Thank you for the consideration and attention.
