Hi, my name is Laila, I am 15 years old and I am collecting funds for a sustainability project in Costa Rica in July 2026.

This is a unique trip, in collaboration with international charities working in Costa Rica, allowing me and my classmates to learn about global citizenship.

Costa Rica, one of the most bio-diverse and sustainable countries in the world, is world-famous for spectacular forests and pristine beaches. We will be based on the Pacific Coast to work alongside a leading charity, for our exciting Sea Turtle Conservation Project. The area’s beaches are an important nesting site for critically endangered Sea Turtles. Conservation efforts here for these turtles are extremely important. We will work with researchers to monitor the nests, and patrol the beach in small teams, to ensure the safe passage of these species.

I would be grateful for any contribution you can make to this eco-sustainability project and will send you pictures of the turtles you helped me save afterwards.
