I STRUGGLED writing this and even humbling myself even more to go through with this, but here I am…the shortest way that I can explain all that has brought me to the point of creating this profile for us on here is that back in February 2025, the father of my youngest daughter beat me to the point of a concussion and partial loss of my vision while I was holding our 1-month old in my arms all in front of my oldest daughter who was 7-years-old, at the time. We have been wrapped up in legals since then and truthfully my finances have taken a hit because of it all…balancing recovering from my second c-section, to caring for my infant and, now, 8-year-old…it’s been a challenge to say the least. While help with essential bills would be more than appreciated, I can’t help but also prioritize the fact that my oldest and her dance company were invited to perform on a cruise in July 2025 and I want to make this happen for her more than ever since she’s been looking forward to it since before all of this mess and that she deserves it for all that she’s endured in these past few months being traumatized and carrying the weight of worrying about my and her little sister’s safety, and in the midst of it all, she still performed well in school finishing the year on the principal’s list. I pray there is no judgement and that anyone that comes across this should know that I tried exhausting all other resources before resorting to this including asking her dad who said he would if I got an extension on the due date for the balance and then said no once I got the extension. In short, my baby REALLY deserves it and it’s only because of what has happened to us that I’m struggling to make that happen for her. If you find it in your heart and resources to be a blessing, we are more than grateful…truly trusting that God will make a way!
