Cremation costs for my sister
Donation protected
Hi, my sister passed away at age 36. Jessica struggled with drug addiction & mental illness for many years. She struggled with ADHD, anxiety, depression, the loss of our step-dad committing suicide, & in her later years diagnosed with schizophrenia. She always had an uphill battle due to her mental illness & addictions. She was always in a viscous cycle & could never escape it. Her addiction started with oxycontin & progressed from there over the years. Her drugs of choice were xanax & meth. Meth & fentanyl took her life.
Im her next of kin & it will cost $1500 to cremate her. Her circle does not have the means to financially help. Im super independent & do not care to ask for help. Today, Im choosing growth & asking for help. Im asking the universe to help if you are able & feel called to do so but please don't feel obligated.
Please say a prayer for her 3 children. She has two sons not directly living in her day to day life. Her oldest, David is living with me & Steve was adopted by a foster family several years ago. Her daughter, Mykayla had the most day to day contact with her. Please hold the children close to your heart during this time. Drug addiction affects the entire family. Thanks so much.
