Dutty Ken is in trouble with the tax man ! Unless he pays £20000 by the end of May he will be declared bankrupt, the Star and Garter will be closed and his home possibly sold out from under him! . The Star has been a friend to many of us over the years , It is the heart of a unique bristol community. Ken has given the last 25 years of his life to serving the community. Please if you can help make a contribution. In return we are offering some food and some music and some loVe. .
He is also selling his personell collection of artwork that he has gathered over the years, much of it bought from people who came in the pub, from african art to abstracts to realisim his collection covers a wide range of paintings and sculpture.
