Dutchy’s vet bills

Hi everyone!!
I feel really weird doing a GFM for this as I have only ever don’t them for rescue, or other people, feels a bit yuck doing on for me personally.
However, I don’t know how else to pay the vet bill that has been racked up so far to save Dutchy who is my absolute world. If you have followed me for a while, you will know how important Dutchy is to me as she is just the greatest little dog. She is always by my side. My friends know if they invite me, Dutchy is also coming. She has been my saviour through some really tough times. Seeing her so sick was terrifying. I honestly thought I was going to lose her. We are not totally out of the woods yet, but she is a lot brighter today.
Hodor has also cost me a chunk at the vet this week as his hips & back are falling apart (he is very old for his breed) - but he is insured. I foolishly let Dutchys insurance lapse in 2020 as I was only working PT during the pandemic & couldn’t afford it. BIG MISTAKE!!
I had long Covid at the end of last year & had to resign from my job as I was so unwell. I’m single & have no other income. So I had to go into my savings. At the same time, two of my rescue dogs had serious health issues & racked up a $13k bill. We only had enough fundraising money to pay 8% of the bill so I covered the rest myself. Unfortunately that wiped me out financially.
My vet has OpenPay which I had approval for. Unfortunately, because this is my current luck, the company folded last week. I have applied for credit cards & other vetpay options, but have been denied as I had my identity stolen 4 years ago and that person ruined my credit score.
I starts a new totally remote role 2 weeks ago, so I’m back on track. But I don’t have the money for this bill. Times are tough for everyone right now with inflation going up, I totally understand that. Please only donate if you have a decent bit of spare money - please dont donate otherwise. If you can afford a little donation, that would be incredible
