Dusty’s Big Operation

Hi my name is Stephen Helliwell, and my best friend in the whole world is my 11 month old BorderCollie. Anyone who knows me knows that I take better care of Dustin than I do for myself. He is everything to me. Dusty hasn’t been eating for a day or so, so I took him to the vet after we left the park, and his little lungs are full of fluid due to an injury to his diaphragm. They drained some fluid from his lungs, but he will need a surgery to rectify this issue. Unfortunately this op does not come cheap, around $7,000. I have already got $2,000 I can use on my Vet pay, but I will need help to get the rest. Anything at all you can donate will help. The alternative is that Dustin will have to be put down this afternoon, or he will drown soon due to the fluid build up and injury. Please, this is an urgent request. Please please help me help my baby boy!
