Dusty's Long road ahead

Thursday night one of the best people I know had a
brain aneurism that led to a stroke an a heart attack.
She is not out of the woods yet but is coming along. She
will have a long stay at Albany Med and long road . Yesterday, she was breathing on her own but she ended up
getting water in her lungs and is sedated and on a tube
again. 

How did I meet Dusty. About a decade ago when her
sister was in the hospital with Cystic Fibrosis(unfortunately she has passed). I was helping a friend find a lost dog and another friend brought this woman (who ended up being Dusty). Their were lots of dogs helping us look and I can see that Dusty was uncomfortable with them and
her   friend had left her there. I went up asked if she was ok and she explained she was a bit scared of two of the
dogs and she had just gotten back from NYC sitting at
her  dear Sisters bedside and she was drained. I said,
"You should go rest you don't know these people even." She replied, " it helps to help someone else as everyone
is helping us".. That is Dusty one of the biggest hearts
around . She puts others before herself when they are in
need.

This year in September she is suppose to marry the love of her life.  They were paying for their wedding and
saving up to finish paying for it. I talked to her three
weeks ago and except for a headache which they were doing a  cat scan on as it was so bad (ended up being a
brain bleed). All she could do was tell me how happy she
finally was.

This is like a cruel joke and we are hopeful she will pull
through. However, she will be at Albany Med for at 
least two months in rehab and not working for a very
long time.

Please find it in your heart to give what you can afford. 
Every dollar will help her and her finance cover the bills.
She is one off the warmest kindest people I know who 
has helped raise money for so many in need.
