Dustin McDonough is one of the kindest, strongest, most patient humans I have ever met. He was born with rare liver disease. Had his first liver transplant at 12 and is now in need of a new liver. On top of that he is fighting colon cancer. Because of his medical needs he cannot work and we all know that medical bills are astronomical! He is struggling to make ends meet.
