Dustin's Eagle Scout Project Fundraiser

Hello, my name is Dustin McAdory and I am raising money for my Eagle Scout project. I will be making a Music Station benefiting Faith United Methodist Church (FUMC) Faith Kids Preschool Program. This music station will help introduce the kids to music at a young age in a fun and easily accessible way. The music station will be made of hard wood, in the form of a rectangular prism frame with wheels on the bottom for easy movement. Each of the four sides will have a unique set of musical instruments: xylophone, cymbals, chimes, and cow bells (because you can always use more cowbell!).

The cost for my Eagle Project is $1500, and I intend to raise funds by doing a Swim-A-Thon. I will be swimming in Lake Holcomb on Sunday, June 27. I am willing to swim five (5) meters for every $1 donated, which will have me swimming five (5) miles if I hit my goal. I will have support following me in a canoe the entire time, and I will take breaks necessary to keep me safe. I will also be streaming my swim-a-thon live on FaceBook for all to follow along and enjoy.
