Hello everyone! Our names are Maddie and Damjion. We had our son Dustin July 28 2023. When Dustin was one week old his newborn screen came back saying he had no T or B cells which are the most important cells in the immune system. Dustin was later diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Artemis severe combine immunodeficiency (SCID). Without a bone marrow transplant his life expectancy is maximum 2 years. Dustin will have his BMT around five and a half months old. We will be staying in the hospital for 4-6 weeks during that time. We are in for a long journey and could use your support every step of the way. All funds will go towards hospital expenses, food and bills accumulated during this time.
