It is with profound sadness that I announce the passing of Dustin Puckett. Dustin passed away early this morning at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. He was 39 years old.
Dustin's family wanted to share this message:
As Dustin's family, we would like to thank everyone for the support we have been given this past week. We are grateful to have the love from friends and family. We have felt your prayers this entire time and are blessed to be a part of God's family.
At this time, I would also like to thank all of you who have generously contributed to Dustin's fund. All past and future contributions will be given to Dustin's parents, Regan and Leslie, to be used for funeral expenses.
