While walking in Carson California, my brother, Dustin Ogle, his dog, and Dustin's friend James Williams were struck  by a drunk driver Thursday, October 25th, 2018. Dustin and his dog were killed on impact, James remains in critical condition and is not expected to make it. The driver fled the scene and struck and killed a third individual. Dustin's body was so mangled that investigators had to ID him by his finger prints. My family and I are trying to raise money for Dustin's funeral expenses.
