Dustin Bowers - Memorial Trust

Bryleigh (2) and Bristol (4) Bowers lost their father, Dustin Bowers (28), to Covid/pneumonia on 9/4/2021. This fundraiser is to help setup a trust for these sweet girls to use later in life.

Dustin's Obituary:

After a valiant fight with Covid/pneumonia, Dustin Marcus Bowers, 28, of Locust Grove, VA passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021, in Culpeper Hospital, holding the hand of his best friend and fiancée, Cheyenne Heflin.

Dustin was born to his parents, William and Susan Bowers, on November 22, 1992, in Fredericksburg, VA. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his fiancée, Cheyenne Heflin; their daughters, Bryleigh and Bristol Bowers of Locust Grove, VA; his parents, Susan Jackson Bowers of Fredericksburg and William Bowers (Nina) of Locust Grove, VA; his sister, Brooke Bowers (Robert); his aunt and uncle, Teresa and Jay Pennington of Spotsylvania, VA; his cousin, Ray Burke (Desiree) of Spotsylvania; his uncle and aunt, Scott and Melissa Knee of Locust Grove; his mam, Carole Jackson of Fredericksburg; and his nana and pop pop, Bill and Patricia Bowers of Locust Grove, VA.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Jackson; his cousin, Kevin Burke; and his godfather, Stacy Fincham.

Dustin was a graduate of Riverbend High School in Spotsylvania, VA and was currently working for the federal government at the Pentagon. Dustin also was the creator of a local 4-wheel drive club called No Limits 4x4 in Locust Grove, VA.

Dustin was an avid hunter and loved taking his jeep mudding, His pride and joy were his two beautiful daughters and helping any friend that needed a hand. He will be missed by everyone that knew him for his big heart and his amazing smile.

The family wanted to thank everyone that reached out and prayed for Dustin during his time in the hospital, we will be forever grateful.
