Many of you have called, texted, messaged, and we are extremely grateful.

This is an update on Dustin and Dace.

We have the video of the accident. The Jack County Deputy that hit my son in law not only sped up, but he turned into the car, not away from it.

He was doing about 80 or 90, so the impact is horrific. They had to cut Dace out of the car and opened the car like a can of sardines.

Dustin (son-in-law) has had internal bleeding, we are praying today's procedure got the last of the bleeding but it's a wait and see situation. It was his second surgery.

Dustin had his spleen removed, and part of his pancreas.

Dustin has had 9 units of blood and plasma, he lost a lot of blood.

Dace had a terribly fractured pelvis, and part of it was crushed and required a titanium plate be inserted, he has had 2 surgeries so far.

Dace had a punctured/collapsed lung and had to have part of one lung removed, Dace is 18 and just graduated high school.

Their road to recovery will be long and require rehab and therapy.

Our family has felt the many prayers that have been and are being lifted, we are eternally grateful that you have covered us in prayers.

This is life changing, but we believe God will bring them through this, our hope and strength is in our Lord.
