Hi there, I'm Ollie Maddigan a Writer Actor based in London. Last year I wrote, produced, directed, and starred in my debut one-man show "Olives and Blowjob" an autobiographic tragic comedy based on my teenage upbringing: The death of my mum, moving in with my absent father, and my first love/kiss.

The show debuted at the Hope Theatre in august 2021 to critically acclaim, getting multiple five-star reviews and even getting invited back for an extended run a month later.

I am now on the hunt for funding in order to take this "must watch show" to Edinburgh fringe this august! We have already been accepted into one of the most influential theatres in Edinburgh (The space) and can not wait to share this story with more people.

“ ‘Olives and Blowjobs’ is a beautifully moving coming of age story of a 15-year-old boy, who recently lost his mum, who has been forced to change his whole life, to move in with his, until that point, estranged father. This play is an engaging, compelling, exceptional story and we were absolutely blown away by Maddigan’s talent and maturity at such a young age when performing such sensitive subject material. We laughed, we cried (a lot) loved the vulnerable side of Maddigan’s character he showed the audience, after putting on a teenage boy ‘nothing phases me’ front for most of the show…. This is a must-see show, that will particularly resonate with anyone who has ever lost a loved one. We can only hope it transfers/ Maddigan decides to do it again, as the Camden fringe run is over.
