"Duo Mong "The Essence" - debut CD of Tatar classic

We are Duo Mong, a Tatar chamber ensemble based in the Netherlands. Being Tatars and living far from our homeland, we decided to share a part of our national musical culture with the rest of the world. We are preparing to record our debut CD, "The Essence".

Just like our name, "mong", represents the essence of Tatar culture, our album will feature the music of the most influential composers, the core of Tatar classical music of the past and present.

As the first European recording of Tatar music ever made, "The Essence" is our way of preserving and sharing the richness of our heritage. But we can't do it alone. We need your support. Together, we bring this unique musical experience to the world."
