Hello all. Our names are Mitch and Jessica. This is our fur baby Dunstin. He recently had to have emergency spinal surgery due to a herniated disk. While we were blessed enough to be approved for a line of credit and our sweet boy is alive and recovering, paying it back is killing us financially. We have cinched our belts as tight as we can, but we are struggling to stay afloat. We've tried everything we can (selling collectibles, cutting all spending, being frugal and canceling all subscriptions etc.) but we find ourselves in a position where we just need to ask for help from our loved ones. Any contribution is a blessing to us and we are eternally grateful for your help.

For those who dont know him, here's a little bit about our corgi Dunstin. Our little boy who loves the outdoors, running, walks and above all fetch has the sweetest heart. He is one of the most unique and spirited dogs we've ever met. (I'm sure if you've met a corgi, you know what we are talking about.) He is equally kind as he is fierce. And frankly sometimes a bit rotten. But we love him more than life itself.

In July, his back was injured and he was fully paralyzed in his hind legs. It started with a little limp and within days he couldn't walk. We took him to the neurologist only to find out he needed emergency spinal surgery. The angels at Acequia and Thrive took great care of him allowing him to make a full recovery. Our hearts are full of gratitude that Dunny is home, mostly recovered and his spirited self.
