We the Dunbeath/Berriedale community are saying NO to SSEN Spittal-Loch Buidhe-Beauly 400kV pylon project. This project will have a devastating impact on the environment, wildlife, tourism, health and property values. We have launched this go fund me campaign to ask you for donations towards the cost of a formal planning policy based objection to be written by a legal representative. Together we can push SSEN to a public inquiry, our goal is to protect our beautiful environment and communities and stop the pylon project invasion, thank you for your generosity and solidarity.

The highland council have objected to this as have many community councils as well as individuals and protest groups. This means going forward we now need to raise funds for the public enquiry so our planning expert can represent us with a view to halting this destruction of Caithness and the wider Highlands.
