This is my son, Matthew Scott. Matthew is 17 years old and on March 30th, he was in a near fatal car accident that has left him in a coma. He survived the emergency surgery needed to stop the bleeding and swelling in his brain. Although he is still in a coma, he does have brain activity, which gives hope for full recovery. However, the road to recover will be long and costly. Matthew will need extensive medical care and rehabilitation. We have started a go fund me account and are asking our family, friends and anyone else who would like to contribute, for donations to help us with all of medical and rehabilitation cost. It has been and will continue to be quite a financial burden without assistance.
