Hi, my name is Norma and I am the owner of Dulce Dreams Cafe here in Charlotte, NC. I quit my full time job back in October to follow my dreams of owning a business and opening my own bakery one day. I work out of a commercial kitchen in a church since I don’t have enough funds to have my own bakery yet. I do popups every weekend around the city. My mixer broke this morning out of the blue and I need help buying a new mixer. A mixer is fundamental in making big batches of dough. Me and my mom do this full time now so any amount of money would help.
