On December 15th 2015 , I received a call from my friend's mom saying "Alvin! Ryan is gone. I don't know what to do. We just lost his Dad to cancer last September. I am all alone."
She mentioned some other things to me but I could not get my mind to focus on what she was saying after knowing that Ryan is gone. I can't believe it. My heart sunk and I felt so helpless.
Ryan Cruz was one of the nicest and kindest friend I ever had. He was a nurse who worked really hard to support his parents and sister. For years he fought diabetes but unfortunately his kidneys gave up and had to undergo dialysis. On December 15th 2015, he had a cardiac arrest, survived by his sister who is in the Philippines and his Mom who has a heart condition that kept her from getting a job.
His family is really in need of financial support right now. I am kindly asking everyone to give any amount your heart desires. The proceeds will go to Ryan's Memorial and bereaved family. May God bless your generous hearts and keep you safe always.
