Due to kidney dialysis matthew needs help!

Hi my name is Brooke I am Matthew's sister. My brother is unfortunately suffering from a rare hereditary kidney disease and has been on dialysis for 9 months. Matthew is a hard working union carpenter and is a single father. Matthew works full time and is struggling to pay bills he is getting behind and is facing eviction. He has had to make difficult decisions between medical bills and housing bills and he needs some help. Matthew had surgery to get his catheter put in and was not able to work during the healing process and his bills have been piling up.
