Ducky the Kitten's Leg Surgery

Hi all! This is my kitten Ducky. After nursing him to health from a previously bad owner, he has made it to a stable, curious and healthy 5 months old! Last night he took a hard fall off of the banister and fractured his femur and very seriously injured his hip. We spent all night at the Vet ER, but ultimately the cost of the surgery was too high to get done at that very moment. He is currently unable to walk and is constantly trembling in pain, though we have him stable at home taking medicine to help ease his hurt. The funds from this will go towards his Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO) surgery, which will help to set his leg and hip back in place properly.  Ducky has been a joyous companion to have in isolation and I hate thinking that I can't provide him immediate comfort. I understand that during this very stressful time of Covid-19, we are all feeling the strain of the unknown, so anything anyone can do to help would absolutely mean the world to me and my little family of three (me, Ducky and his big kitty sister, Maxine).
