Duane, my step-dad, left us unexpectedly on April 5th. It was always his wish to take care of my mom, and COVID shattered that plan. Over the last year my mom hasn’t been able to work as much as she’s wanted due to a few surgeries that have limited her mobility. Duane wanted nothing than to make my mom and others around him happy. He would drop anything to stop and help those who needed it. He was a master carpenter and the world will surely miss his amazing skills.
We won’t get over losing him, but in time will learn to move forward without him. His memory will live on in each of us. Thank you for helping my mom as she grieves and learns to live without the love of her life. ❤️
