“One last round for Duane Leach"

Donation protected
Most of you will now be aware of the sad passing of Duane Andrew Leach on 14 May 20.  At the young age of 51, he tragically leaves behind his loving wife Lisa, Tomas aged 16, and his ‘little chicken’ Daisy who is just 10 years old.

Duane had a massively successful full career serving for over 24 years in the British Army. He was a stalwart of Army and REME Basketball and represented SEME and REME Rugby League. On returning to SEME as the Artificer Battle Damage Repair Instructor he volunteered and managed the Rugby Club bar for two seasons, freely giving up his spare time.  He was an avid supporter of Liverpool FC and Everton Tigers Basketball Club.

We are sure that over the years many of you will have enjoyed sharing a drink and regaled a few stories with Duane and we, therefore, thought that we would provide an opportunity to say a cheery goodbye to the big man with you buying one final round for him and his family?

We are aware that many of Duane’s friends have asked how they may donate money to help support Lisa, Tomas, and Daisy during this very uncertain time for his family. Any size of donation would be most welcome and 100% of your donations will assist Lisa and the kids now that Duane will no longer be there to provide for them.  All donations will be greatly received and will help with the immediate financial burden of paying for a funeral and the longer-term financial challenges that lie ahead for Duane’s family.
