On January 1, my dad was involved in a devastating accident at his shop. While he was working, 16 walls collapsed on him, leaving him with multiple serious injuries, including a broken spine, pelvis, and ribs. He also hit his head but thankfully he has no brain injuries.

My dad has spent his entire life selflessly taking care of others and providing work to countless people over the years. Those that know my dad know that he is the person people call when they need help, guidance, or support. He has never relied on anyone else..until now.

At this time, he is unable to feed himself, or physically move without extensive help, needing assistant with all daily activities.

Due to the severity of his injuries, he will be non-weight-bearing and unable to walk for at least two months, with a total recovery expected to take 6–12 months. During this time, he is facing not only an intense physical recovery but also the emotional and financial strain that comes with being unable to work.

He owns and operates his own business, which means that when he cannot work, there is no safety net.

The funds raised will go directly toward:

-Supporting him through medical recovery and rehabilitation

-Covering essential living expenses

-Allowing him to focus on healing without the constant fear of losing everything he’s worked so hard to build

This has been incredibly difficult for him..not just physically, but emotionally..because asking for help does not come naturally to someone who has always been the helper.
