It is with a heavy heart that we are here, asking for your assistance.
On May 21st, after experiencing chest pains for an extended period, Duane was admitted to the ER. Over the course of the last weeks and compounding complications, Duane's health began to fail.
On the afternoon of June 12th Duane joined the Lord in Heaven.
None of us could have prepared ourselves for such a loving and caring man to leave us. As sudden and unexpected as this tragedy is, we are asking for help to support the final expenses in laying Duane to rest.
God bless you all and anything helps. Prayers to everyone as we mourn Duane.
The service will be held at Wade Funeral Home in Hubbard on June 20th at 2pm.
