Support Steve and his family.

My name is Chris, and I am asking for help for my Best Friend Steve and his Family. There are several things going on that are just overwhelming for them. For Starters, he is having a shoulder surgery later this month and will be out of work for a couple months. Secondly, He has major back surgery tentatively scheduled for next summer and will be down for another 3-4 months or more. Unfortunately, He is self-employed and has no compensation to support his family during his down time. Not to mention, a month ago, he had all his tools stolen from his business. That was approximately $15k in tools, and the insurance only reimbursed $5K. This has been very stressful, and a strain on his family and Business. I really wish I could do more for him, but he really needs some support, and I am not sure what else to do. I have known him for 40 years, and I really hate to see him struggle. Ever since I have known him, he has been the type of person to give you the shirt off his back and is always willing to help strangers in need. I wish for any help possible for him and his family during this time.
