It's once again time for the new tradition where I drag my friends, family and colleagues into a horrendously difficult physical and mental challenge to celebrate my birthday and raise money for those less fortunate!! 

Nothing bonds people together like collective suffering (just ask Les, I've dragged her to the top of MANY mountains and she really loves me), and last year's 4x4x24 challenge proved this to be true. We had 37 participants across 3 continents, raised $3,600+ for COVID relief efforts, and had a ton of "type-2 fun" along the way. 

My old man used to say "don't mess with a good thing" so this year we are running it back....

We will be doing the 4x4x24 Challenge on May 14th/15th!!!
What does that mean? You'll run 4 miles every 4 hours for 24 straight hours (totaling 24 miles). 

This year we will be raising money for Feeding America. Every dollar that you donate will be matched 100% by Google, so we'll be doubling our impact!!
