This GoFundMe page is to help out our dear friend Daniel Salinas. To those of you who don't know, Daniel has been struggling this past year with severe and debilitating symptoms associated with Dermatomyositis. Dermatomyositis is an uncommon inflammatory autoimmune disease marked with muscle weakness and a distinctive skin rash. Unfortunately, Daniel was initially misdiagnosed with having "an over-revved" immune system, was placed on a regimen of anti-inflammatory steroids, and then told that his symptoms would eventually alleviate. Eleven months later, his condition and symptoms only worsened. Feeling scared by his health and strength significantly deteriorating in combination with spells of nausea, Daniel checked into Stanford hospital in hopes they would be able to help him. After several blood tests and scans, he received the unfortunate diagnosis that he had developed a malignant (cancerous) tumor on one of his kidneys. 

Because of his illness, Daniel has been forced to periodically close down his gym and lost many clients along the way. Although he still has some incredibly amazing clients that continue to show him support throughout these tough times, the cold reality of the situation is that financial difficulties lie ahead. Between the medical bills and a struggling business, our friend Daniel Salinas could really use your help. It doesn't take more than a few minutes of speaking with Daniel to realize that he is one of the most genuine and unselfish people you'll ever meet. Anyone that has had the pleasure of getting to know Daniel can attest to this. And although he would much rather give than receive, even at moments like these, we would like to invite you to help in any way possible.
