Hi guys, my name is Dale Boyt and 36 years old.

i have been out of work since just before Easter and in the weeks after i found a lump on my neck which after a few tests and biopsies turned out to be cancer.

i have been looking for work but even if inwas successfull i would need to take time off straight away due to appointments and surgery to hopefully remove the Cancer, thats if it hasnt spread still waiting on tesults from a CT scan which has showed enlarged lymph nodes in my chest.

bills are piling up and as im not getting a wage at all its getting really tough.

and just today i recieved another bill for the biopsy.

i also need specialised meds for another issue which are really expensive.

i hate to even do this but i dont see any otherway as im lower then low right now.
