TWRFC Clubhouse and Grounds Improvement Fund

This appeal will help support the club through the current Covid-19 restrictions that have stopped all club operations and income. With 2020/21 season dates yet to be confirmed it’s currently unknown how long the current situation will affect us.
Beyond the immediate impact the appeal looks to raise funds to support our plans to become a rugby centre of excellence, but also a major asset to the wider Tunbridge Wells community.
Chairman Mike Rigby commented :-
“We are looking to address the immediate impacts of Covid-19 but we also seeking to raise funds to upgrade our facilities. We have already started the club house upgrades, like the new café, and we are using the enforced quiet period to continue these improvements.
The next stage will be to create paths around the site, for players and spectators, that overcome the issues caused by the excessive rainfall during last season and to extend the current decked area outside of the café. We will continue to work on other larger scale plans that will make St Marks a state of the art sports facility.”
