My name is Dylan. I'm doing this on behalf of a good friend of mine named Andy who is physically disabled and unable to do much outside of their computer, but unfortunately due to circumstances, their current laptop that is used for video editing, art, gaming, etc has been malfunctioning and has had a habit of needing a CPU fan replacement every half a year. As stated before, Andy heavily relies on their laptop for work and social purposes, while remaining in poverty, therefore unable to afford a new one on their own. We are looking for a new laptop for them within $800 to $1,700 price range so that they are able to do their regular work. That said, every possible dollar will go to funding a new laptop while any funds that do not go towards the laptop go directly to Andy to support them in any other way. Anything the community is able to spare will be greatly appreciated.
