Stop hit and runs

My daughter was victim of a hit and run on friday outside of Taco bell at Bayshore her leg is broken in 2 places and she is suffering from back pain she has to take alot of physical therapy and has no insurance and no way to cover medical bills or pay for medicine. She needs a new winter coat to come home when she is discharged she will also need counseling because she afraid to go outside and see moving cars.
